Home Alone :)

Brady went to study aviation with a friend this evening after work, and so after six hours of Chinese History, I set aside Gengis Khan:His Life and Legacy and went to our apartment complex's Pinterest Party.

Afterwards I passed on the Dominos spread that they were offering and popped these Healthy Beef and Bean Enchiladas in the oven. Not reminiscent of South Phoenix in the slightest, but they just have a good, fresh, "whole food" feeling in my tummy.


These are still waiting on Brady when he gets home soon :)

    Very awesome crafts! A menu board is on my "to do" list as well... One day... I'll admit it though, I'd probably have enjoyed the Dominoes ;). You know how I am such a healthy eater!
